Our Holistic Approach

We are passionate about developing the whole child – academically, socially and spiritually. At Well Lane it is our mission to build our children’s independence, confidence and resilience. We want every one of our children to achieve their full potential and for them to take pride in their own and others’ achievements.

We are passionate about the mental health and wellbeing of our children, parents and staff so we now have a Senior Mental Health and Pastoral Care Manager, who started her role in September 2020.
