Who to Contact if you Have a Concern?

At Well Lane we want not only your child/children to be happy, but also parents & carers.   Please see below for details of who to contact should you have any queries or concerns.

If you are unsure who to direct your query to in the first instance please contact the School Office, who will be happy to assist you. 

In the unlikely event that after speaking to the appropriate staff member, you feel you still have not received a resolution to your concern, please e-mail the school office (details above) setting out full details of your concerns, who you have spoken to and your expected resolution and any other information which may assist us in investigating your concerns.  

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint and our Senior Leaders will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible to discuss;  you will receive a response to your complaint no later than 10 working days following receipt of full details, in line with the Department for Education guidelines.   For your information a copy of our Complaints Procedure Policy can be found under the "Policies " section of our school website under Key Information.

If you have any queries regarding school please email school office they will assist you and/or direct your enquiry to the correct person. 

If your query is regarding Special Education Needs and Disability information (SEND), Mrs Stocker our SENCO will assist you and can be contacted on schooloffice@well-lane.sch.uk

 

 Please send any communications to schooloffice@well-lane.sch.uk  and these will be directed to the appropriate member(s) of staff. Emails should not be sent directly to individual members of staff.
