At Well Lane our pastoral care is provided by our Pastoral Care Manager, Mrs Ormond who is available to help support your child with their social and emotional needs. 

Mrs Ormond also provides support to parents and carers by:

• Providing information and signposting to agencies in the local area.
• Liaising with a range of agencies.
• Assistance in completing paperwork forms for SEN and secondary school applications. 
• Attendance at school and other agencies meetings. 
• Advice and support in promoting positive behaviour and establishing routines.
• Providing access to training and workshops in school.
• Providing families with food, clothes echt where needed.
