Breakfast  Club

Well Lane Primary School operates a Breakfast and Afterschool club. It is run by qualified and experienced staff and is open to all children between the ages of 4-11 years. 

The children are cared for in a relaxed, yet enjoyable environment where social interaction between all age groups is encouraged. Our aim is to keep children safe, happy and entertained.

The children are asked what they would like to do whilst in the setting and plans are drawn up based on their individual interests and needs. If a child requires help with homework or needs some specific help within an area of learning, then the staff will endeavour to work with your child and the class teacher to support them.

Children can be dropped off from 8.00am; for safeguarding reasons they must be escorted to the door and handed over to a member of staff to be registered and signed in. 

They are offered a choice of cereals, toasted bread, crumpets or muffins, yoghurts, fruit and drinks which include milk, water and fruit juice.  

The children also have activities to keep them occupied: board games and puzzles, craft and drawing equipment, small world toys and construction.
